Acceptance of Terms
1. Acceptance of Terms By booking a service, requesting a quote, or using any services provided by SK Tech Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SK Tech Solutions. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance. 2. Services Provided SK Tech Solutions provides professional fitness and gym equipment services, including but not limited to: • Fitness equipment diagnostics and inspection • Treadmill repair and maintenance • Gym equipment repair (cardio machines, strength equipment, etc.) • Fitness equipment assembly and installation • Preventive maintenance services All services are subject to availability and technician scheduling. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion. 3. Bookings and Appointments 3.1 Scheduling Service appointments may be booked through our website or by contacting us directly. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of acknowledgment from SK Tech Solutions. 3.2 Customer Responsibilities To ensure a successful service appointment, you agree to: • Provide the correct make, model number, and description of the equipment requiring service • Ensure the equipment is accessible and in a safe working area for our technician • Have an adult (18 years or older) present at the time of service • Notify us of any known hazards or special conditions at your location 3.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation or trip fee. No-shows without prior notice may be charged a service call fee. 4. Pricing and Payment 4.1 Quotes All quotes provided via our website or verbally are estimates only. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the equipment, parts required, and labor time upon inspection. 4.2 Service Fees A diagnostic/service call fee may apply and is due at the time of service, regardless of whether repair work proceeds. This fee covers the technician's travel and initial inspection time. 4.3 Parts & Labor Pricing for parts and labor will be communicated to the customer prior to any repair work commencing. We reserve the right to use OEM or equivalent replacement parts at our discretion unless otherwise agreed. 4.4 Payment Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major forms of payment as indicated at the time of booking. Unpaid invoices may be subject to late fees. 5. Warranties and Limitations 5.1 Labor Warranty SK Tech Solutions warrants our labor and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects arising directly from our repair work under normal use conditions. 5.2 Parts Warranty Parts installed by SK Tech Solutions are warranted as provided by the parts manufacturer. Warranty claims on parts must be submitted through SK Tech Solutions and are subject to the manufacturer's terms. 5.3 Exclusions Warranties do not cover: • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect after service • Normal wear and tear • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications • Pre-existing conditions unrelated to the service performed • Consequential or incidental damage 6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SK Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services, including but not limited to loss of use of equipment, personal injury, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. 7. Customer Property and Equipment SK Tech Solutions will exercise reasonable care when handling your equipment. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, cosmetic wear, or issues unrelated to the services performed. We recommend customers photograph their equipment before our technician arrives. We are not liable for data loss, personal items left in or on equipment, or damage resulting from equipment that was in an unsafe or unstable condition prior to our arrival. 8. Access and Safety You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the equipment and the service location. Our technicians may refuse to perform services if they determine the working environment poses a safety risk. In such cases, a trip or diagnostic fee may still apply. 9. Intellectual Property All content on the SK Tech Solutions website, including logos, images, text, and service descriptions, is the property of SK Tech Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission. 10. Privacy Policy SK Tech Solutions collects and uses customer information (such as name, contact details, and equipment information) solely for the purpose of delivering our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Our website may use cookies to enhance your browsing experience. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described above. 11. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve the matter promptly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class action proceeding. 12. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which SK Tech Solutions operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 13. Changes to These Terms SK Tech Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
